150,000 SF wafer fab expansion to existing campus includes 35,000 SF of Class 1 cleanroom space for 200-mm wafer production. Work includes install of tools, gas, chemical, IWT, exhaust, make-up air, recirculation, and Central Energy Plant. Wafer production commenced only one month after process tool installation was started. Entire fab was completed in only 25 weeks.
